Grievance contact

For grievances relating to personal data, account access, identity, published professional information, payments or platform use, email support@oncallsheet.com with the subject line “Grievance”.

Credit correction or takedown requests

If you believe a work entry, credit, identity, company association, image, thumbnail or other indexed item is inaccurate or infringes your rights, please include:

  • the relevant OnCallsheet page or work link;
  • the specific information you want corrected or removed;
  • your relationship to the person, company or work concerned;
  • reasonable supporting evidence where available;
  • your contact details so we can follow up.

We may temporarily limit visibility while a material dispute is reviewed and may ask affected collaborators or account owners for evidence before making a final change.

Privacy and account requests

For access, correction, account closure, deletion where available, consent withdrawal or other privacy-related requests, email the same address with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Payment, cancellation and refund requests

For payment or refund support, include your account email/mobile number, payment date and transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Verification, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Response and escalation

We aim to acknowledge material grievances and support requests within a reasonable period and to resolve them as promptly as the issue permits. Some matters may take longer where identity checks, payment-provider confirmation, collaborator evidence or legal review is required.

If a privacy complaint remains unresolved, you may have rights to escalate it to the competent authority under applicable data-protection law once the relevant statutory mechanisms apply.
