Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of OnCallsheet, including our website, professional and company profiles, work and credit records, discovery tools, enquiries, verification services and related features. By creating an account, using the service or purchasing a paid service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What OnCallsheet is

OnCallsheet is a professional identity, credits, work and discovery platform for the screen-content ecosystem. It helps people and companies present professional information, connect themselves to work, discover collaborators and communicate about potential opportunities.

OnCallsheet is not an employer, talent agent, production company, labour contractor, recruitment agency or party to contracts that users may enter into with each other. We do not guarantee work, engagement, payment, availability, creative quality or the outcome of any introduction or enquiry.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a paid service. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure and promptly updating material changes to your profile or company information.

You may not impersonate another person or company, create deceptive or duplicate identities, misrepresent professional experience or use another person’s identity documents without authority.

3. Profiles, companies, work and credits

You are responsible for information and material you submit, including profile details, company details, work links, role descriptions, credits, collaborators, availability and capability information. You should submit only information you reasonably believe to be accurate and that you are permitted to share.

Credits may be self-submitted, confirmed by collaborators, linked to public work, claimed from indexed work, reviewed by OnCallsheet or remain unverified. A credit appearing on OnCallsheet does not by itself prove contractual engagement, authorship, ownership, payment or endorsement.

4. Indexed and publicly available work

OnCallsheet may index publicly available screen work and related factual metadata for discovery and attribution purposes. We generally link to or embed media hosted by third-party services rather than hosting the underlying film itself. Indexed entries may contain incomplete or unclaimed credit slots until people or companies claim, confirm or correct them.

If you believe an indexed item, credit, identity or company association is inaccurate, infringes your rights or should be removed, you may use the contact and grievance process described on our Contact & Grievance page. We may request evidence before changing or removing disputed information.

5. Verification

Verification is intended to increase confidence that an account, individual or company corresponds to the identity or entity represented. Verification may involve identity, tax, corporate or other supporting information appropriate to the account type.

A “Verified Profile” or “Verified Company” badge is not an endorsement, rating, guarantee of competence, background check, financial guarantee or certification of every credit or statement on that account. We may refuse, pause, revoke or re-review verification where information is incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, outdated or disputed.

6. Paid plans, taxes and payments

Prices, plan features, applicable taxes and the period of service are shown at checkout or on the relevant pricing surface. Current verification plans are prepaid. OnCallsheet does not make an automatic recurring debit unless a recurring arrangement is clearly disclosed and separately authorised by you.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store complete card, UPI or other payment-instrument credentials. Taxes are charged and documented as required by applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Verification, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use OnCallsheet to:

• submit false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained information;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against or unlawfully profile another person;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract user data except through features we expressly provide;
• circumvent access controls, verification, payment controls, rate limits or security measures;
• upload malware, interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorised access;
• use contact information for spam, bulk unsolicited marketing or unlawful solicitation;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You grant OnCallsheet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and make that submitted material available only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure and promote the OnCallsheet service and your presence on it.

Third-party videos, trademarks, logos and other material remain the property of their respective owners. OnCallsheet’s software, brand, design, databases and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Enquiries and user-to-user dealings

Users may contact or enquire with other users through OnCallsheet. You are responsible for evaluating counterparties and agreeing scope, fees, rights, tax treatment, confidentiality, safety and contractual terms independently. OnCallsheet is not responsible for user-to-user negotiations, contracts, deliverables or payments unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, address security risks or respond to repeated substantiated disputes. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using OnCallsheet at any time and may request account closure subject to legal, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, dispute and record-retention obligations.

11. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep OnCallsheet reliable and accurate but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or contain incomplete information. Public work, third-party embeds and external links may change or become unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular commercial purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnCallsheet Media Tech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party content or dealings between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means, and the updated effective date will be shown on this page.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer and statutory rights, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the OnCallsheet service.
